Welcome to the Cornell Alumni Association of Greater Houston
The Cornell Alumni Association of Greater Houston (CAAGH) serves as the local Cornell alumni club for over 1,200 alumni in the area. Thanks to the dedication of many volunteers, CAAGH is a well-established, active organization that seeks to help Houston-area alumni reconnect with Cornell.
Connecting Past, Present, and Future Cornellians
Throughout the year, CAAGH sponsors a variety of social, cultural, and educational events, allowing for numerous opportunities to mingle with fellow Cornell alumni. In addition, CAAGH strives to reach out to prospective students and support current students. Local Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network (CAAAN) volunteers are involved in such recruiting activities as contacting local applicants, staffing college fairs, and hosting receptions. For current Cornell students, the club awards about $10,000 in scholarships annually to Houston-area students eligible for financial aid.
Getting Involved
Please support CAAGH's programming and scholarship efforts by joining the club as a dues-paying member. Both annual or lifetime memberships are available, and dues vary based on your location, status, and years since graduation. If you would like to become a board member or volunteer your services in another capacity, contact CAAGH President Dave Martin '94.
